We at “Moulding solutions” would like to introduce ourselves as pioneers in engineered plastic compounds. We have expertise in house production unit which caters to the need of modern needs of the market.

We produce high quality plastic granulate and compounds predominantly made from PP, PPCP, ABS, Nylon, Nylon 66, pc/abs customized to the need of the engineering application.

We are backed up with a competent & competitive manufacturing facility along with state of art technology and highly committed technical staff which caters to high demand for performance and cost efficient engineering plastic such as PP, PPCP, ABS, Nylon, Nylon 66, pc/abs for industries like Auto, appliances and electrical.

The manufacturing site is located at D103-104, MIDC Ranjangoan, Shirur, Pune 412210. Unit is having 3 No’s of Twin screw extruders fitted with auxiliary Equipment’s for blending, feeding, cutting, packing & storage. The capacity of our plant is around 15 tons per day.

The company is having good high end quality lab and QA department to check process and finished goods to maintain zero defect. The lab is having all necessary testing equipments like Color spectrometer, tensile m/c (UTM), izod impact, MFI, Muffle Furnace &digital weigh balance.

Company is having very high qualified technical and skilled manpower to handle production quality. Company is following ISO-9001 Quality systems.
